- You are being added to a candidate network for potential job matching opportunities
- Employment is not guaranteed and depends on employer demand, qualifications, and successful matching
2. No Guarantee of Employment
Participation in the Global Hire 360 platform does not guarantee:
- Job placement
- Interviews
- Employment offers
- Specific timelines for matching
All hiring decisions are made solely by third-party employers or hiring partners, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.
3. Role of Global Hire 360
Global Hire 360 may act as:

In certain cases, Global Hire 360 or its affiliates may act as the employer, but this will only occur where explicitly stated in a formal written agreement.
4. Training Policy

- Removal from the platform

8. No Fees for Job Placement
Global Hire 360:
- Does not charge candidates for guaranteed job placement
- Does not require payment in exchange for employment opportunities
If you are asked to make a payment claiming to represent Global Hire 360, please report it immediately.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Hire 360 is not responsible for:
- Employment outcomes
- Hiring decisions made by third parties
- Loss of opportunities
- Delays in recruitment processes
